Preamble

The present General Conditions of use determine the rules of access to the present site and its conditions of use that every user recognizes to accept, without reserve, from the only fact of his connection to the site.

In accordance with the provisions of article 6 III-1 of the law n° 2004-575 of June 21st 2004 for confidence in the digital economy, we inform you that the QUINZE MAI website (hereafter the ” Site “) is edited by the company Quinze mai (hereafter the ” Company “).

3. Right to the image
Video recordings and photos will be taken during the congress. To this end, by participating, you authorize the use of your image for communication and promotional purposes of Quinze Mai and its congresses.
However, you can send a request to delete your photo to contact@15-mai.com

4. Intellectual property
With the exception of what is in the public domain, all the elements (information, data, brands, logos…) present on the Site are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark law and, more generally, by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code or by any other right recognized by the legislation in force.
Unless otherwise stated and with the exception of reproductions authorized under the terms of Article L. 122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code, the copying, presentation, downloading, distribution, modification or reproduction in whole or in part of the elements making up the Site with a view to publication or distribution by any means or in any form whatsoever, is strictly prohibited, except with the prior written authorization of the Company.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The present General Conditions of Use are governed by French law and the user, by his acceptance of the present, irrevocably gives exclusive jurisdiction to the French courts. The Courts of the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Marseille shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of these General Terms of Use, even in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
