Description

It took just a few years for AMIF, the professional association of mayors in the Paris Region, to emerge as the French government’s contact of choice for debating regional issues. Today the association represents over 80% of the area’s municipalities.
For president Stéphane Beaudet, AMIF’s missions include “bringing mayors into the spatial planning arena by coordinating inputs from a wide range of sources in 3 areas: economic development, transport and housing.”

Challenges

AMIF’s annual event is a strategic opportunity to rally national politicians and grassroots stakeholders to the social, economic and environmental priorities of their constituents.

Our solution

We’ve worked closely with AMIF to maintain and enhance the appeal
of its annual get-together.

Venue

We moved the event to the Paris Expo site at Porte de Versailles to expand its footprint and guarantee access

Programme

We designed a balanced, 2-day programme with more than 35 individual events and a networking forum at the heart of the exhibition area

We collect and analyse data to optimise the show’s commercial offering
